Thrash and Mookie are two teenagers who work at Captain Comics in the Anaheim Mall. They were the first two humans to see the Ducks, when they arrived on Earth. Thanks to their love of comics, the pair actually weren't too scared of the aliens! Quickly befriending the team, Thrash showed them over to the Anaheim Pond, their future home and headquarters.

Thrash is a grungy fellow, and Mookie loves to dye her hair and wear leather and spikes. Both of them have become best friends to Nosedive, helping him round out his comics collection, and adapt to life on Earth. On several occasions, they have unwittingly helped the team in their fight against evil, by providing them information, or supplying odd crime-fighting gadgets.
