Dragaunus relies on a broad network of people to support his evil schemes, and Mr. Swindel is just a pawn in his game. Swindel sold a remarkable anti-gravity machine to Dragaunus, simply because he was the highest bidder. Not caring about the consequences of his actions, Swindel quickly learned that crime literally didn't pay, as the Saurian Overlord simply skipped out on his bill!
